Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for subscription payments under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or email us with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID (if available)

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions canceled after 14 days from initial purchase
  • Usage-based charges that have already been consumed
  • Third-party fees or charges

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
