1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PandaPilot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use PandaPilot for your business or personal use. Under this license you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload files that exceed reasonable size limits or attempt to abuse system resources
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. User Data

Ownership: You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data, including Excel files and project data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using our service.

Processing: We process your data, including Excel files, solely to provide our services. Your Excel files are processed by our AI-powered transformation service to enable data analysis and transformation features. Files are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, process, or store any Excel files or data that:

  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of others
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains personal data of others without their consent (in violation of privacy laws)

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PandaPilot or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PandaPilot, even if PandaPilot or a PandaPilot authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
